1. Cancellations
✅ Before production begins
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed for a full refund.
⚠ After production begins
Once work has started on your order, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund. Any deposit paid will be retained to cover materials and labour already invested.
2. Refunds
💡 Custom & made-to-order items
We cannot offer refunds once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
🛠 Defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification, we will repair, replace, or remake it at no extra cost.
3. Returns
🚫 Returns are not accepted for custom or bespoke items unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
📸 For faults, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue.

4. Repairs & Adjustments
If adjustments are needed after installation for reasons outside of our control (e.g., changes to your kitchen layout), additional charges may apply.
5. Your Right to Return (Non-Custom Items)
For any non-custom items sold by Avenhart Ltd, customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights law.
