Delivery & Installation Policy – Avenhart Ltd

At Avenhart, all plaster extractor hoods are handcrafted to order and personally installed by our team to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

Order Processing & Production Time

  • Each piece is made to order once your design and specifications are confirmed.

  • Production lead time: 3–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and deposit received.

  • We will provide an estimated installation date when your order is placed.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation are carried out by Avenhart Ltd.

  • We currently serve Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. For projects further afield, please contact us for availability and a bespoke quote.

  • The product will be delivered directly to your location on the agreed installation date — there is no separate shipping stage.

Costs

  • Delivery and installation costs are included in your quotation unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel or specialist installation requirements.

Access Requirements

  • You must ensure clear and safe access to the installation area on the agreed date.

  • If access is restricted, please notify us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

Delays & Communication

  • If unforeseen circumstances delay your installation, we will notify you immediately and arrange a new date.

  • Avenhart Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., construction delays at your property).

Damages & Adjustments

  • All products are inspected before installation.

  • If you identify any defects after installation, please contact us within 7 days with photographs and details so we can arrange any necessary adjustments.

Note: Avenhart Ltd does not offer postal or courier shipping for extractor hoods. All orders are delivered in person and installed by our team as part of the service.
