2. Products & Services

  • All Avenhart products are bespoke and made to order.

  • Images on our website are for illustration purposes; colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of materials and the handcrafting process.

  • Customers are responsible for providing and confirming accurate measurements before production begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • For bespoke items, a non-refundable deposit is required before production starts.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or installation.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or Klarna 0% finance (subject to approval).

4. Orders & Lead Times

  • Work will commence once we have received your deposit and confirmed design specifications.

  • Lead times will be stated at the point of order but may vary depending on workload and material availability.

  • We will inform you promptly of any changes to the agreed schedule.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Customers must ensure there is suitable access for delivery and/or installation.

  • Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • As our products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible before production begins.

  • Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged on delivery.

  • Any faults or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
